ORA Advisory is led by James Goodhue, an urban regeneration advisor and development director with more than 15 years’ experience delivering complex housing and regeneration projects.
James’ work focuses on helping structure regeneration initiatives so they can move from concept to implementation — aligning land, infrastructure, capital, governance, and delivery strategy at precinct scale.
Over the course of his career he has worked across a range of projects including large-scale urban regeneration programmes, infrastructure-enabled housing developments, public–private development partnerships, and mixed-use urban precincts.
His experience spans both strategic advisory and project delivery, allowing him to bridge the gap between high-level regeneration strategy and the practical realities of development implementation.
This perspective is central to ORA Advisory’s work: ensuring regeneration initiatives are not only visionary, but structured in a way that enables successful delivery.
